A limited weekend of outdoor portrait sessions celebrating fall in East Tennessee — for families, couples, children, maternity, seniors, updated portraits, or simply documenting this season of life. Saturday, October 24th & Sunday, October 25th Early Morning Light & Evening Light 🍂 AUTUMN SHORT — $135 15 minutes • Up to 2 people • 5 images A simple option for a few beautiful portraits without committing to a longer session. Includes: 15-minute outdoor session, 5 high-resolution digital images, standard editing, online gallery, and personal printing rights. 🍂 PEAK FALL SIGNATURE — $265 30 minutes • Up to 4 people • 15 images The sweet spot for families, couples, and anyone wanting a little more time to relax, connect, and capture the season. Includes: 30-minute outdoor session, 15 high-resolution digital images, standard editing, online gallery, personal printing rights, and 1 outfit. 🍂 PEAK FALL FULL — $340 60 minutes • Up to 6 people • Full Gallery For those who want the full experience and don't want to choose favorites afterward. Includes: 60-minute outdoor session, full gallery of all best final images, standard editing, online gallery, personal printing rights, and 1–2 outfits. ✨ TIMING & LOCATIONS Sessions will take place around sunrise through early morning or in the evening as the sun begins to descend, depending on the date and location. Exact times may fluctuate with changing sunrise/sunset times, weather, and location conditions. Be sure to complete a consultation call prior to making any payments, to confirm the exact time of the session. Your exact session time and location will be confirmed approximately 48 hours before your session, once weather and conditions are known. Where weather is concerned, clients will have the opportunity to reschedule, if they desire.
Cancellation Policy
Fall Golden Hour Session Policies Booking & Payment Your session is reserved once payment has been received. Payment is due at booking. By booking, you agree to these policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling Because Golden Hour sessions are limited to two appointments per date, session fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your payment may be transferred to another available Golden Hour date, subject to availability. Weather These are outdoor sessions and weather conditions may require rescheduling. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another available date. Light cloud cover or overcast skies do not automatically result in cancellation and may create beautiful, soft light. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Because sessions are scheduled around sunset, late arrivals will reduce your available shooting time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to lateness. Location & Session Time Your location will be confirmed before your session. I reserve the right to change the location if weather, lighting, closures, or other circumstances make the original location unsuitable. Exact start times may be adjusted slightly to account for the best available light at the selected location. Images & Editing Your package includes the number of final edited images listed in the package description. Standard editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, skin smoothing, and minor touch-ups. Extensive retouching, body reshaping, object/person removal, or major background changes are not included unless separately arranged. Image Delivery Final images will be delivered through an online gallery. Delivery times may vary during the busy fall and holiday season. Image Use Purchased images include personal printing and sharing rights. Images may not be resold or commercially used without written permission. Unless otherwise agreed, images may be used by Kailey Tucker Photography for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies.
