PACKAGE OPTIONS ___________________________________________ 30 Minute | 1 Person | $125 + Tax - 30 Minute session + Time for viewing proofs - 10 Digital Images, standard editing - Personal Use Image License - 1 Outfit - Studio Session Props and accessories are limited to what’s on hand or what you bring with you. If you have something specific in mind, please confirm it in advance. ____________________________________________ 1 Hour | One Person | $175 + Tax - 60 Minute session + Time for viewing proofs - 20 Digital Images, standard editing - Personal Use Image License - 1-2 Outfits - Studio Session -or- Outside Session Props and accessories are limited to what’s on hand or what you bring with you. If you have something specific in mind, please confirm it in advance. ____________________________________________ 1.5 Hour | One Person | $225 + Tax - 90 Minute session + Time for viewing proofs - Full Digital Album, standard editing - Personal Use Image License - Up to 3 Outfits - Studio Session -or- Outside Session Props and accessories are limited to what’s on hand or what you bring with you. If you have something specific in mind, please confirm it in advance. ___________________________________________ Styled Portrait Session | $325 + Tax - (1) Custom, styled set based on a collaboration between the client and photographer - 1-2 Minimalist backdrops - 2 Hours blocked off, including time to view images -All Favorite Images | Standard Editing -10 Images | Custom Editing A prop/styling budget of up to $100 is included in your session. Any additional costs beyond that will be confirmed with you beforehand and added to your final balance. ___________________________________________ ADD-ONS - Will be added to your balance, after confirmed with your photographer - $10 - Additional Images - $15 - Extensive Edit Requests - $150 - Additional Custom Set Design ___________________________________________ Standard editing is included with every session and covers lighting, color correction, skin smoothing, and light touch-ups. Extensive editing—like body reshaping, removing objects or people, or major background changes—is considered custom and may involve an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Retainer Policy Digital Products: All digital products, including backdrops, overlays, and edited images, are non-refundable. Once purchased, these files are considered delivered and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits: Deposits for session bookings are non-refundable after 48 hours of payment. This policy accounts for the time and resources reserved for your session. If canceled after this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Balance: The session balance must be paid in full by the day before your appointment unless otherwise agreed with your photographer. This ensures all session details are finalized and allows for a seamless experience on your session day. Copyright: Kailey Tucker of Kailey Tucker Photography retains full copyright of all photographs. I understand that commercial use, sale, or publication of the images without written consent is prohibited. When sharing images online, I agree to not crop, edit, or alter them in any way. Photos must be downloaded directly from the provided album and shared in their original quality, not as a screenshot. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 Hours in advance. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least [48] hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Liability: Kailey Tucker Photography is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during the session. Privacy: All personal information shared during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for communication regarding your session. On-Time Policy: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session time may be shortened to ensure the next client is not affected. The full session fee is still due. Preparation: Additional editing required due to lack of preparation on client's part may incur extra fee. Overtime Charges: If your session runs over the allotted time, additional charges may apply. Please notify the photographer if you require extra time. Photographer’s Discretion: The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice provided to the Client as possible. In such cases, the retainer will either be applied to a new session or refunded at the Client's request.
