Service Description
Please schedule a consultation before booking your session. This helps confirm availability and details before payment. If a consultation isn’t scheduled within 24 hours, your deposit will be refunded and PACKAGE OPTIONS ___________________________________ Base Package | Headshots Only | $125 - 30-minute studio session - 5 digital images, standard editing - Retouching Available - Waist-up, professional style portraits - Personal Use Image License ** Professionals may use images for business cards and websites. For billboards, book covers, or other large-scale commercial use, an extended license is required. ___________________________________ Spotlight | Signature Portraits | $225 - 1-hour session (studio or outdoor) - 20 digital images, standard editing - 1–2 outfits - Time included for viewing proofs - Personal Use Image License ___________________________________ Showcase | Custom Studio Experience | $350 - 2-hour studio session - All favorite images with standard editing - 10 images with custom, extensive editing - Styled set design + Backdrop options for each outfit (as discussed in your consultation) - 1–3 outfits - Includes up to $100 prop/styling budget; any requests beyond this will be confirmed in advance and added to your final balance. - Personal Use Image License ___________________________________ EDITING INFORMATION Standard Editing – Included with every session; covers lighting, color, skin smoothing, and minor touch-ups. Extensive Edits – Body reshaping, object/person removal, or major background changes; custom work with added fee. ___________________________________ SESSION ADD-ONS $50 – Extra 30 Minutes of Shooting (includes one outfit change) $25 – Additional Outfit (within existing session time) $25 – Outdoor Location Fee Mileage added after 30 total miles to and from home studio $150 – Custom Set Design (includes $100 prop/styling budget; additional costs confirmed before booking) ___________________________________ IMAGE & PRODUCT ADD-ONS $10 – Additional Edited Image (per file) $15 – Extensive Retouching (per image) $100 -- Rush Editing (3-5 Days) $100 – Full Gallery Upgrade (all proofed favorites, lightly edited) Note: Turnaround time may be extended depending on the number of images selected. $150 – Extended Commercial License (per image; small business ads, book covers, local billboards — contact for regional/national campaigns)
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Retainer Policy Digital Products: All digital products, including backdrops, overlays, and edited images, are non-refundable. Once purchased, these files are considered delivered and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits: Deposits for session bookings are non-refundable after 48 hours of payment. This policy accounts for the time and resources reserved for your session. If canceled after this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Balance: The session balance must be paid in full by the day before your appointment unless otherwise agreed with your photographer. This ensures all session details are finalized and allows for a seamless experience on your session day. Copyright: Kailey Tucker of Kailey Tucker Photography retains full copyright of all photographs. I understand that commercial use, sale, or publication of the images without written consent is prohibited. When sharing images online, I agree to not crop, edit, or alter them in any way. Photos must be downloaded directly from the provided album and shared in their original quality, not as a screenshot. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 Hours in advance. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least [48] hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Liability: Kailey Tucker Photography is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during the session. Privacy: All personal information shared during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for communication regarding your session. On-Time Policy: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session time may be shortened to ensure the next client is not affected. The full session fee is still due. Preparation: Additional editing required due to lack of preparation on client's part may incur extra fee. Overtime Charges: If your session runs over the allotted time, additional charges may apply. Please notify the photographer if you require extra time. Photographer’s Discretion: The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice provided to the Client as possible. In such cases, the retainer will either be applied to a new session or refunded at the Client's request.
