Thanks for being here! If you’re visiting this page because your athlete just had photos taken, you’re in the right place. Here’s how everything works.

What happens on photo day

• Your athlete will be checked in by the photographer using the PhotoDay app.

• A quick photo is taken to securely link your athlete’s images to the email address you (or your coach) provided ahead of time.

• That’s it—no forms, no extra steps, no action needed from you on site.

What to expect next

• Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your unique access code

  • Information about AdvancePay

• At this stage, your photos will not be visible yet.
  AdvancePay simply lets you prepay any amount toward your order so you’re ready once images are released.

When photos are ready

• Once images are published, you’ll receive another email with:

  • A direct link to your athlete’s gallery

  • Your unique access code to view and order photos

• You’ll be able to browse images, choose products, and place your order online.

Gallery availability

• Your athlete’s gallery will remain online for 90 days, unless otherwise requested.

• You’ll receive a reminder email before the gallery expires, so nothing gets missed.

A few helpful notes

• Access codes are unique to each player and tied to the email provided.

• If multiple athletes are linked to the same email, you’ll receive access to each gallery.

• If you don’t see an email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
