Thank you for taking the time to complete this checklist—it’s a valuable tool to help us plan your wedding photography and ensure your day is captured exactly as you envision. Every couple is different, and this checklist is designed to cater to a variety of approaches:

• Specific Moments & Tightly Planned Schedule: Some clients have a clear idea of specific shots or moments they want captured and follow a detailed photography schedule. If that’s you, feel free to be as specific as possible.

• Exploring Options: Other clients may not know exactly what they want or where to start. That’s okay! This checklist serves as a great starting point to help you decide what’s important to you and what you’d prefer to skip.

• "Behind-the-Scenes" Approach: Some couples prefer a more relaxed, candid approach, where I simply capture the day as it unfolds, with minimal guidance. If this aligns with your style, feel free to let me know!

While the checklist is a guide to help us plan, it doesn’t mean I’ll only capture what’s listed (unless that’s what you want). I’ll still be on the lookout for special moments, details, and candid shots, as well as suggesting setups or capturing key moments that naturally occur throughout the day.

At the end of the checklist, you’ll see a section for notes. Here, please include the name of the person you’d like me to communicate with most during the wedding. Whether it’s your coordinator, maid of honor, or a trusted family member, having a point person helps reduce stress and ensures you’re only hearing from one person about logistics while enjoying your day.
